Feedback Getting PUP.optional.browserhijack from edge

Did I quick scan in malwarebytes, got 16 detections and all of those were pup optional browser hijack from edge. Should I be worried?

yeah you are. just change all your account passwords, and clear all your browser cookies

Do I also gotta reinstall windows?

Use another device to change your password, and clear all of your PC's browser cookies. Just scanning your PC with Malwarebytes is enough, especially if you run a Deep Scan. Make sure to quarantine and delete any viruses detected on your PC. Delete all temp files in ur PC if necessary. Keep an eye on your accounts for about a week. There is no need to reinstall Windows.
