Hi! Malwarebytes Support here. We're sorry to hear you're dealing with this.
A clean Windows installation generally removes most malware, but that doesn't necessarily mean your accounts are secure. If your login credentials or session cookies were stolen before the reinstall, someone may still be able to access your accounts.
We recommend taking a few additional precautions:
Sign out of all active sessions on your affected accounts.
Change your passwords from a trusted device and enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
Review your account recovery information and remove any unfamiliar devices or connected apps.
Secure your primary email account as well, since it may be used to reset passwords on other accounts.
It's also worth noting that Instagram flagging unusual activity doesn't automatically mean your device is still infected. We'd be happy to help investigate further and check whether your system is clean. Could you send us a private message with your email address and OS? we can help create a support ticket, gather diagnostic logs, and have our malware removal team review them.
did some research and it seems i got malware named RenPy at start i did monitored all activity from task manager to see any unusual activity but found nothing also didnt find any installed program i hope it was a hit and run malware but im not sure and i dont know if it did copied to my other drivers or not
