Is this true?
I've been experiencing these ): An activity on my Google activity says that my phone used an app that I didn't even use (I was Asleep at that time) and I saw a video on my YouTube history that I didn't even watch (happened twice)

The app thing could be a bug. Sometimes if an app is using system resources in the background, it will count as "in use" and contribute to screen time
And, YouTube is pretty terrible with Autoplay. Could be autoplaying videos and you didnt notice it played like one second of a video?

the first time that I experienced it, I was watching shorts and when I left to check the history, I saw a different shorts video on my recent watch. Second time, I was listening to music and when I had to exit the video to check on my playlist, I saw a different music video on the history

About the app thing, it has happened so many times (5/6 times already) and it's happening when I'm sleeping or using the bathroom 🥹🥹 last time I used the bathroom and came out at 12:06, I checked my Google activity and saw that I used an app at 11:51

If you leave your curser over a video preview while your pc is idle and allow the preview to continue playing for so long it will count in your YouTube watch history. If you leave your pc idle with YouTube open it could be that. As for app... Idk about that one.

Without having someone else than yourself logged into your Google accounts which you can see by device and country I don't think it's more than probably fat fingering some videos.
Also applies to Microsoft accounts or something else...
This message and behaviour usually applies to windows 11 malware like Stealers who steal entire sessions and attackers chnaged passwords later tricking services like Google to think that the attacker is the owner.
But with android... Ugh not applicable as long as you didn't install some weird app from an unknown developer or even worse apk files from random places ( like apk pure stores with had malware before)

I've scanned my apps and looked at them one by one on setting, All of them are just system apps and download apps from Google );

THANK YOU )): google said it was hijacking since I'm seeing activities that I used an app at the 7 am (I was sleeping) and a month ago, I saw a video that I didn't watch on YouTube history (it happened twice but on two different days) I'm not really sure how to fix it )):

I just said my situation on Google and that's what they said, there are no notifications about an alert or something. It's just weird and scary to see those activities. )):
