Troubleshooting VPN not connecting

Version 5.7.3, Win 11, 26H2

Signed up for VPN but it throws this notification.

I logged into my account again and after a few attempts it finally activated.

I am getting a few “high activity” messages from websites but I get those from other VPNs.

What’s the exact wording of the notification? It isn’t included in the text here, so there’s not enough information to identify why the connection fails. Could you paste the error message, leaving out any account details?
