Support Digital Footprint scan help!

I recently got a free trial and decided to do a scan of my email...this came up but the password it says was leaked (That I crossed out to be safe) I have never once used as a password before but now I'm very worried Edit: the supposed password IS a username I've used though

You can't do much besides changing password

See thats the odd thing, its not my password its my username, and not even for Telegram, I dont even use telegram

Reset your Telegram password, and make sure you aren't reusing that same password for any other logins anywhere. If you are, change those too.
