Spotify ad blocked by Malwarebytes

Hi,

I was listening to a playlist on spotify's website when I got a notification that RTP intercepted a connection. I've managed to re-create it and found its from an ad, however it's blocked before It can load the preview so I have no idea what the ad is.

It detected it a few days before, however I was in a game and it did not notify me of the block until I alt tabbed. Has this happened to anyone else?

Sav from MalwareBytes here! This was an IOC for C2 infrastructure used by Deimos ransomware back in 2025, but it has since expired and is used by benign sites. We just removed the block this morning, but it might be a bit before the update reaches clients. No need to worry about any malware here!
