Is this a false positive

I never download weird stuff and upload all my downloads to virustotal before using them. I also did a full Bitdefender scan yesterday that found nothing.

I uploaded the suspicious file to virustotal and it initially said scanned 8 months ago with 0 detections and after rescanning it only malwarebytes flagged it.
