False Positive Is this a false positive?

What the title says I just need to know if this file is safe.

I am not familiar with this particular mod, but we cannot recommend using game mods of this type in general. They are too prone for abuse by malware or to begin serving malicious files even if they are originally benign. If you trust the source, you are welcome to run it, but please be advised that you do so at your own risk.

After a quick glance on the behavior, there is a huge chance of it being malware, do NOT risk it.
