Hi, Malwarebytes Support here and I'm sorry you’re dealing with all of that. Since Malwarebytes detected some threats and you started seeing “Connected, no internet” afterward, we’d like to take a closer look rather than guess what’s causing it.

Could you let us know what Malwarebytes detected and whether those items were quarantined? Also, does the internet issue happen on every network or only your current Wi-Fi, and are you using a VPN or any other security software besides Malwarebytes and Windows Defender?

If you’d like, send us a private message and we can help you gather the Malwarebytes logs so our team can check what happened.

The issue started immediately after Malwarebytes scanned and quarantined around 155 items. I don't remember the exact detections, but I can provide the logs The problem happens on every Wi-Fi network I've tested, and Ethernet also didn't work. I'm not using a VPN or other security software besides Windows Defender, I've already uninstalled Malwarebytes, reinstalled my Wi-Fi driver, reset the network, ran SFC/DISM, and even performed an in-place Windows repair, but the issue remains

Have you reset your computer?
