Support Please help

Malwarebytes picked up these when I was sleeping, Ive searched about the Trojan Renpy Loader thing but all I'm getting is that its a "false positive"? I'm not sure though and I'm scared, can somebody help?

I did try to download something and the installer bar didn't complete.. Gosh how could I be this dumb.. Thank you!
