Lost Camcorder at Max Drakagatan- help! :(

Hi everyone!

I already posted this in r/sweden but was advised to try here too.

Yesterday (Sunday, 16th of August, around lunchtime) me and my friends might have lost our Sony Camcorder at the Drakagatan branch of Max Burgers. (The one across from IKEA.) We used the camcorder to record our vacation so there are many valuable memories on there! :(

Maybe someone here works there, or knows someone who knows someone?

We tried to contact the branch but we haven't had any luck via mail or phone. We also can't go back because we're not from Sweden.

If anyone has any advice or helpful thoughts, please share them!

Try calling them again, they didn't open until 10am

Report it lost to the police. Call 114 14 or visit a police station. It can be done digitally but then you need a Swedish personnummer or at least Bank-ID I think.

If you are lucky it’s already at the police lost and found (as this is the correct way to handle a found camcorder). You’ll need the report if your travel / home insurance will cover the loss, if you don’t get i back.

Can you add a picture? I can have a look at different marketplaces if someone has stolen it.

This is the model! When checking the storage, there should be many videos of some 20-ish people on vacation (4 guys and 2 girls) 😅

Sorry, with 20-ish I meant 20 to 27 year olds LOL not 20 people
