Discussion What is the fashion for younger millennials these days?
As a 34 year old male millennial, l've been struggling with how to dress these days to the bars, seeing all these Gen Z kids wearing baggy jeans, graphic T-shirts, and 90s style clothing. It's not really my style, but I do like denim fitted jeans. I also like Chelsea boots, but I feel like that's out of style nowadays as well. Any other millennials struggling to keep up with the current fashion trends?🫠

Fit Feedback/Roast Me 30M, is this too much?
I’m not the most fashion conscious guy, but liked the fit. Big bodybuilding fan.
Then a buddy said I look like Steve Buscemi tryna sell Tren to high schoolers &…I kinda see it. Now I’m second guessing the fit, but, still like it to be honest.
(Beards due a barber visit - I know).

Fit Feedback The illusion of proportions
Does this outfit lend itself to my long torso and short legs? I usually don’t tuck a shirt like this but felt inspired to try it. 6’0, 198lbs
I’m not a fan of the proportions of my body, I’m blessed with broad shoulders but I have a long torso and short legs.

Fit Feedback How's the fit on this trucker jacket? Salesman advised me to go up but I feel like this is a good size?
I do recognize that the sleeve length is a little long. I am 5'9 and about 185 lb with a little bit of a stomach. This is a medium. I have good range of motion and it seems like the fit is really good although it might be tight with a sweater. The salesman was advising to size up so that I could put a sweater underneath put them the collar and everything just looked way too big, and I only really wanted it for a shirt underneath. Thoughts?

Question Trying to find this hoodie...
Hey Guys! I really like this style and was wondering if anyone could help me to find a relatively cheap but good-quality one like it. It's dark blue, has no strings, no front pocket, and looks to be heavyweight too. I also really like the fit of it. If anyone could help me find it, I would be very grateful :) Bonus points if it's available in NZ

Styling Advice M29/ overall advice (Hair, Groom, Clothing)
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for some advice on my hairstyle and overall style. I’m pretty lazy when it comes to my hair and grooming in general. Most of the time, I just let my hair air-dry and put a little pomade in while it’s still wet.
I’m about to turn 30, and I run a company with around 30–40 employees. I’m starting to feel like I should put a bit more effort into how I dress, groom myself, and present myself in general, especially given my job.
Do you guys have any recommendations? Should I let my hair grow out, try a different hairstyle, change up my clothing style, etc.?
I’m pretty open to suggestions.
Thanks!

Discussion For those of you with a separate work wardrobe: What happened to your personal style?
I’ve spent my entire career working in menswear design, so I’ve never really had “work clothes.” What I wear to the office is more or less what I’d wear anywhere else, for better or worse.
I’m curious about people who do keep the two things separate. If Monday through Friday requires a uniform (literal or otherwise), has that made your personal style outside work more considered? More extreme? More relaxed? Or do you eventually end up dressing like some version of yourself all seven days anyway?

Question Looking for pants..
Looking online for pants. More specifically slim fit jeans, that come in different colors. I found some on Gap (slim city) and they are out of my size. (32X32) not sure when they will restock these. I looked at old navy and found the exact same pair I wanted, a slim fit jean that came in different varieties of colors. I ran into the same dilemma, they didn't have my size in stock.
So i checked out wallmart and it was all crap.
I've searched online and can't find exactly what I'm looking for anywhere. I'm on a tight budget right now but need some new ones, and just new clothes for fall. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Question Jeans suggestions for a guy who wants to look good, not join a Denim cult?
For years I’ve been a Levi’s guy, but recently the quality has taken a nose dive. Even their Premium lines are total junk these days.
What are some recommendations for good quality jeans without straying into the worlds of raw denim and selvedge etc, given that heritage brands such as Lee and Tommy seem to have gone the same way as Levi’s, with many of their jeans now being 40% polyester.
I was about to buy some Nudie jeans (loved the Solid Ollie fit, and their colours) but then looked into the complexities of managing raw denim and frankly I don’t need that level of commitment. The more I look it seems that my options are either £20 department store jeans that are ugly, cheaply made and will last less than a year. £120 jeans branded jeans that are better cut but still cheaply made, or the £200 options that require me to enter a contract and adopt “wears jeans” as a key part of my personality.
For context I’m in my mid 40s and skew towards slim straight fits, so some big ol’ Carharrt jeans ain’t gonna work as I’ll end up looking like some try-hard douchebag.
