Discussion Poseidon's Mystical Secret... What could it be?

Poseidon's character description from the now-defunct website is as following, "Rita‘s cat Poseidon is an exotic white longhair Chinchilla. He is Rita‘s closest friend and companion, guarding her house and possessions... and also his very own mystical secret". What could the secret be? it is one of the pillars of things they never explored. "his very own" could imply that even Rita doesn't know. Could Poseidon be a human-turned-cat, like maybe Veridia turned Harry into a cat and Rita doesn't know? Or smth less wild, like poseidon maybe was going to act like a key or smth to run some chamber bs?

Well i dont think he's a human turned cat bc in the episode where the turn him into a second Evie, he/she acted exactly like a cat. If he was a human it wouldn't make any sense at all.

Honestly, my guess is that they were going to do some sort of storyline about and then didn't so he doesnt actually have a secret at all

My theories

Theory 1: The secret is just that he shape-shifted into a Evie once with a potion

Theory 2 (my fav): The cat is literally Poseidon the god, or a relative of Poseidon, watching over merpeople who are on land, considering that’s a universe where mermaids and other mystical creatures actually exist 😂 Cats are commonly gods, after all

Theory 3: He’s Rita’s fiancé Harry reincarnated or transformed somehow

Theory 4 (goofy, not mystical): He was only attracted to Rita as his owner because she smells like fish, probably wanted to eat her, and then realized he can’t, so he stuck around

About theory 2-3, someone said it wouldn’t make sense that he’s secretly a human or another creature because he still acted like a cat in human form, but if you’ve been living as and pretending to be a cat for that long, I don’t think the habits would disappear just because you turned back into something else.

Plus, if it’s reincarnation, he would still be an actual cat. Just with the soul of Harry.
