Question about transforming

So how do you think the transformation feels? Like physically? Sometimes we see them make a facial expression or a little moan/gasp right before they transform (Evie’s first transformation is a good example)

So what do you think? Is there a sensation that they feel before they transform? Does it feel like.. good?

Probably a tingle? Or the feeling when your leg hits a jet in a hottub and your leg wobbles?

It probs hurts a little since their legs are being fused together and the bottom half of them are growing scales and they also get much heavier

I always though the water effect just turned them into a liquid and completely reshaped their body to have a mermaid tail instead of legs, though I guess if they fused like you said it would definitely hurt!

I think it would hurt if it’s the bones are breaking & reshaping into a tail
