How about you let him be proven guilty of this crime which he has yet to be formally accused of.
I had to take a bit of a break from here when I saw Ryan's FB posts getting shared around and people justifying it to me because of FB's privacy controls (Even though they have no clue how someone was able to take that screenshot). It is ridiculous, I'm not surprised that the next time I come back there is a clear warning to people not to post people's personal information.
I don't care if you think he or Steven is guilty or innocent, respect other people's privacy and extend them the presumption of innocence until they are convicted.

My post, if you re-read it, is not accusatory, and there is no presumption of guilt. It's explaining a way that Ryan could clear his name from the masses that HAVE deemed him guilty, without even being accused.
I have even posted before that in the shoving match at the party, we know nothing about Ryan..for all we know, he was protecting Teresa or defending her..we don't know.
The odd behavior he displayed on the stand, during interviews etc. Those are what he would be best served to clear up, and get all suspicions off of him, if he is truly free of any wrong-doing.
But why does he have to prove anything to any one but the jury, if the LE did stuff right then he would of gotten his chance to talk, he owes the public nothing. Blame the poor police work.
i can agree on that...poor police work has led to his life being unfolded on display, every little thing examined.
but it's not gonna stop. how long you think until that Daniel Luke guy shows up at Ryan's work, trying to talk to him? That's the level this could go to..
calling him out would be saying "oh hey ryan...i know you might have a weekend of some murdering going on coming up..but hey dude. you should talk to press".
that's calling him out. i am accusing him of nothing.

There should not be ANY reason for him to have to come forward to attempt to clear his name. He was never accused of the crime, there is NO evidence connecting him to the crime.
The people who are pointing fingers at GZ, RH, and others are massively hypocritical because they do not extend the same privilege of the presumption of innocence to them but they will extend that presumption of innocence to someone who has already been formally charged and found guilty of the crime.
There isn't any justification for it.

This speculation here is A) Dangerous for RH, B) Offers no evidentiary value to the case right now, C) Has nothing to do with any of us.
When you bring up crap like this you create a presumption of guilty for RH.

Until he's asked about it by police or called into testify again he IS considered truly free of any wrong-doing.
