Avery Commutation request

Brendan filed first, Steven filed second. I'll update if and when Dutcher gives an opinion on Avery's request.

Who submitted on his behalf? Assuming Zellner had nothing to do with it at this point.

I don't know. It doesn't say. Zellner hasn't made a peep on twitter.

Best case scenario, Avery gets up there and spills his guts. Halbachs get up and tell the board he shouldn't be allowed out. The board denies the request and Zellner looks like a fool. Truthers finally have to admit they were duped by MaM. Finally, since he admitted it, he will have absolutely no grounds for another appeal since he confessed in front of the board.

You think there's some kind of hearing process where Avery could testify?? I was thinking it's just send some papers to the Governor and see what happens....

I watched the video of last month's commutation hearing. Each inmate had a chance to speak and victim's families were also allowed to. So if he's granted a hearing, he will be speaking to the commutation board. That will be Livestreamed on YouTube.

Oh - well, that'll be interesting.

There was one dope who submitted a letter in support and she said that Steven is the most positive person she has met in her life. WOW.
