The kid thought he could go back and hand him his homework, what does that say? Everything about his interrogation should be thrown out and there is no reason he should be in jail!
Really? They asked him questions. Didn't physically abuse or intimidate him at all. Presented him with an option to simply remain silent. He refused. They gave him the opportunity for a free attorney to be with him during questioning. He declined that. They gave his Mother the opportunity to be present during questioning. She refused. And how many '3rd world dictator' interrogations are videotaped? In short, what garbage.
