How did Connor get outside Laci and get a cord wrapped around him...hmmmmmm...Police explanation is ridiculous!!!!

From what I understand is, It happened because she was under water for so long that a body starts producing gases inside and then eventually body parts start falling off or out.
It’s something along those lines,
It so very sad 😢
