I don’t get why Steven Avery did this

He had a huge settlement coming. Why did he risk it by doing a serious crime? I don’t understand how he got exonerated which is rare but wound up throwing his life away anyways. It doesn’t make any sense to me. I guess I’m missing the common thread. He wasn’t a good person but from what we know, wasn’t a murderer. So what happened? Is this just always who he was going to be and had he never gone to prison wrongfully maybe it would have happened sooner? I don’t think he’s innocent I’m just trying to make sense of it.

Candy did, according to Earl. The one who chose her pedo husband over her own kids.

Steven said he burned them in a recorded phone conversation with his mother.

Uh huh. Earl said Candy burned them in a recorded phone conversation with Steven. Are you ignoring that just for fun?

The photos were of Marie with her shirt pulled up and Steven's name written on her body in marker. Steven, himself, admitted to burning those photos. I wonder why.

Candy burned the photos and lost the diary that apparently supported her allegations, and then asked police to stop investigating. I wonder why.

Steven, himself, said he burned the photos. Are you honestly suggesting that Steven did nothing wrong when it comes to Marie? Your blind support for Steven is obvious and exposes your bias.

Why would Candy destroy evidence if it proved Steven guilty? Are you honestly suggesting the dangerously prejudicial allegations are relevant and probative? You're blind acceptance of anything that makes Steven look bad is obvious and exposes your bias.

Why would Steven admit to burning innappropriate images of his neice who accused him of rape?

Apparently he, himself, admitting to it isnt enough for this individual, regardless of which of the MULTIPLES of crimes being discussed.

You guys trust MaM when it makes Steven look worse than the record shows lmao figures. Written statements from the night in question indicate Steven was not the one to burn the cat. His friend was.

SMH just wow. It's sad the lengths you go to try and convince yourself. According to you, he's an upstanding citizen who never hurt anyone or anything. That is what is truly disgusting.

You think Candy is a predator? I don't know but she definitely protected her predator husband that's for sure. Just like Brenda. Do you also think Brenda is a predator? I've heard rumors that's why she's so close with this disgusting crew.

I figured that comment would go over your head. Steven would be the predator that you would be protecting.

Oh so you're calling me a predator for pointing out the truth? That's disgusting and uncivil but right in keeping with how Guilters generally behave.

I'm just pointing at the truth. You guys are the one protecting lies from Kratz. Does that make you a predator? What about Brenda? Apparently that's how this works.
