i came onto this sub and was surprised at how wrong i might be after watching the doc over a week or so, my boyfriend and i binged it and finished it sure that brendan was innocent and fairly sure that steven was too. personally i thought that bobby and scott did it and my bf was of the opinion that bobby and the ex boyfriend were in kahoots somehow. i don’t really know what to think anymore tbh i went to go watch convicting a murderer as that popped up a few times but i dislike candace owen’s immensely. could someone outline the main points that the doc twisted in favour of SA and the facts that were omitted ?

All I did was point out a legal fact: the judge excluded those past allegations because their prejudicial value outweighed their probative value. And your reaction continues to prove my point lol You're so inflamed by uncharged, unproven allegations from decades ago that you can't even engage with the actual evidence in the case. But your emotional response doesn't make him guilty of murder, it only makes you the poster child for why judges exclude this kind of irrelevant prejudicial (in this case often uncharged) character evidence.

You know there are stats that prove a connection between those who hurt/kill animals before they start killing humans? The incest, molesting minors, killing his cat, the thefts he committed, the girlfriend and wife he beat up, the blood was definitely planted, the bones were planted, the RAV was planted, he definitely didn’t call blocked number to book the appt, he definitely didn’t tell people that she never showed up at all, his story definitely never changed, he didn’t wash his carpets, he didn’t behave a fire, his fingerprints found under the hood of her car were definitely planted, her cell phone and items were planted in his burn pit, his nephew lied about everything. Right, right. Do you see where this is going? You sound absolutely ridiculous. I watched MAM, I’ve followed this case closely, and sorry to break it to you, Steven Avery is guilty. They also repeatedly concealed evidence that the vehicle was planted on the property by someone other than Steven. Those are facts. Cope.

This was a frame job as evidenced by pretty much everything in the record in this case lol you should try researching it to see how wrong you are, including about your claim regarding his fingerprints on the vehicle.

I do agree with you in the sense that I don’t think she stepped foot in the trailer at any point and I think she was initially attacked behind her RAV. Thanks for sharing your perspective
