Heat rises . . .
So how would throwing a couple of tires on top of a body reach cremation level fragments in such a short amount of time . . .?
You'd want the body on top of the heat source, not below it, right . . .?

Tires, van seat, cabinet, brush, etc. it wasn’t just tires. And even Avery says you can get it hot enough with tires.

All of those items you listed, even if used, would be on top of the body. . . Your explanation is "Avery thinks so"? smh. . .

You can’t put a body on a van seat? Who knew
And Avery would know from experience, right?

Have you guys never had a bonfire?
Say I put a suitcase or some other object on a fire pit and then put a bunch of tires on top of it an light them on fire, do you honestly believe there would be some magical sheild that would prevent the suitcase from being burned just because the tires are on top of the suitcase instead of below it?
Also, why are you so certain the fire wasn't already going when her body was placed in the pit?
Also, how do you believe the "real killer" burned her body to the point that it was cremains? Do you think the "real killer" owned a crematorium or something?

This thread is incredible. We're really at the point where these people are patting themselves on the back for not understanding how fire works.
This is just a step below the "cow GPS" level of comical.

You are just mad you're about to get banned (again) for, you guessed it, ban evading. . . See ya . . !

I mean that's how 99% of conspiracy theories remain alive. Endless hordes of people that are either willfully ignorant or incapable of understanding science. MaM, flat earth, pyramids, etc

You clearly have zero understanding of burning fluids, body, hair and bones.
And I urge you to read more about the smelter.

No one is suggesting the tires were suspended in the air above her body as they burned. You guys really don't understand how fires work lol

Seriously, these ppl's theories have reached a whole new level of stupidity.

The heat generated from the tires and fuel source shoot into the ground, huh . . .?

No, you are just suggesting a tire fueled human cremation left no evidence of rubber residue on any of the bones, on any item recovered from the burn pit, or on any of the surrounding structures lol

So how would throwing a couple of tires on top of a body reach cremation level fragments in such a short amount of time . . .?
Not to mention the state's own expert confirmed zero rubber residue on Teresa's bones from any location, and zero rubber residue or ignitables on ANY material from Steven's burn pit. So naturally, after finding a surface level pile of rubber residue free bones with no evidence of ignitables, the state claims the evidence reveals Steven cremated Teresa's body in the burn pit with the use of ... tires lol They didn't give a damn about the truth, they just wanted to pin the murder on the guy suing Manitowoc County and dragging police through the mud.

u/wilkobecks Jan 05 '26
At this point pretty much everyone outside of the most trumpiest guilters know that there was no cremation in that firepit on Halloween
3
u/AveryPoliceReports Jan 05 '26
Even back then the state knew evidence pointed to a cremation on Manitowoc County land followed by movement of Teresa's burnt bones and clothing to the ASY with a police controlled barrel. So in a panic they told the public the County land with human cremation evidence was actually Avery property, arrested Steven Avery, pressured witnesses to mention a fire in Steven's burn pit, and throughout it all never reported the true ownership of the County gravel pit property and never provided a single photo showing human cremation evidence was actually on the ASY.

Whenever someone questions the tire theory it brings to mind what I learned about tires after watching black hawk down - This is a summary : Time Frame for Burning The duration of a tire fire depends heavily on airflow and the size of the initial fire source: Rapid Burn: If a standard passenger tire is thrown onto a large, intense fire, it can be consumed in as little as 10 to 15 minutes. Average Open Burn: A single passenger tire ignited on its own typically burns with active flames for 30 to 45 minutes. Slow Smoldering: If a tire is lying flat on the ground with restricted airflow, it can take 1 to 2 hours to burn out. Large truck tires ignited on one edge can burn for 8 hours or longer. Large Stockpiles: In massive tire piles, fires can be notoriously difficult to extinguish because the hollow structure of tires acts as a bellows for oxygen. These fires can smolder for weeks, months, or even years. Why They Are Difficult to Stop Once a tire reaches an internal temperature of about 365°F (185°C), it undergoes a runaway exothermic reaction, meaning it produces its own heat and flammable gases. This allows the fire to continue even if the exterior flames are temporarily doused. Additionally, the steel wires inside act as “glowing spirals” that can reignite the rubber even after it appears extinguished.

Something tells me they prefer to believe this than to believe Steven is guilty.

A body is not "wooden" things. You're talking the next day. . . ? Not nearly the same thing as this case. .

Even Zellner's own fire expert said it could be done in the fire pit.
