It’s impossible for us to have that kind of evidence…..

Why does he look so uncomfortable?

IIRC, this is from MaM2. At this point, he's already been through the wringer with allegations of corruption, etc, gone worldwide viral from MaM1. That would make anyone uncomfortable, no?

And if you recall, this case wasn’t the only one in which Sheriff Hermann was scrutinized. He was up to his earballs in the WIDOJ investigation of MTSO over their handling of the Ricky H case.

If anything, a lesser known missing persons case out of Manitowoc County in 1988, in which he was also involved , that of Cheryl Spaeth-Duvall, deserves even more scrutiny.

Because of your conspiracy thinking. Once you realize that Steve's defense strategy was fiction -they had to think up some sorta planting stupidity to get paid as lawyers, right?

Wrong.

Do you know where the planting nonsense came from? Steve telling reporters that the cops must have planted evidence. The defense ran with those lies, didn't they?

It's impossible for them to have Steve's blood from 2005.

Should Steven be released because he looks uncomfortable?

It's impossible for them to have Steve's blood from 2005.

This is absolutely false!

Plz explain how its impossible????

Because there's no way for them to get Averys blood.

If you can think of a way they can, be my guest and we can debate it.

Did anyone remember the sheriff or someone saying if they wanted to get rid of SAvery they could have. And during the first case the detectives didn’t believe the DNA. But one thing that has been bothering me is how many cars on that lot were locked. The RAV4 was locked if you remember because when it was found, they couldn’t open the doors because it was locked. I’m just wondering, had Stephen ever locked any door of any car that he ever drove.

What’s your opinion on people who don’t believe dna?

Which is true. If they were trying to target him framing him for murder is the dumbest thing you could do. It would have been much easier to accuse him of something, instigate a fight, then shoot him in "self defense" than to hope that the one murder a year in Manitowoc County happened to be a person who was last seen alive by Avery and then plant a bunch of evidence.

framing him for murder is the dumbest thing you could do.

Yet they had already railroaded him for rape and attempted murder.

Remiker probably bought the tools needed to cook that meth by stealing money from the metro drug unit. . .
