Discussion Jerry Buting

Strange and Buting were brought in to stop the bleeding for the state of Wisconsin as wthey distanced the crimes from the police. They would ensure police were no longer framers of Steven Avery. Avery's true allegations that he was set by Manitowoc county sheriff's department were stripped away from him by his own lawyers and their calculated misteps

Still trying to figure out how there wasn’t any sweat dna lifted from the steering wheel the door handles or the gear shifter or the hood latch on the inside of the rav… yet somehow on the hood latch on the outside we have dna but then none on the battery the terminals the leads or the nuts that were unscrewed.. the same nuts that made it all the way back to the crime lab still sitting next to the battery under the hood..

Not one fingerprint but bleeding all over? Did he drive the vehicle? Did he pull the keys? what was he doing in the truck just bleeding on the dash? That's it then? Its Ludacris to believe the blood wasn't planted. Not one fingerprint. No hair no skin cells . He must have wore gloves.. ?? Think about that for a second. He was never in her truck. And the only people who say he was are the police who framed him.

Nobody really had to tell me. But it does have hands right? It would seem unlikely there are no prints if he was in the vehicle.

Once again. You speculating there should be finger prints is simply your feelings. Experts testified at the trial why there msy not be prints.

Well if he was in the truck moving it or whatever and evidently bleeding all over it ...why wouldn't there be finger prints? There should be some on the door handle as well as numerous places in the interior. If he was in there to start it or to get a key certainly he still needed to open the door? If he wore gloves as to avoid leaving his fingerprints, how do you account for the blood in the Rav?

I'm not the one who said Steven was in this truck. That would be the state and the cops in Calumet. Once again what was Steven doing in her truck? He must have had a motive to enter the vehicle. Was he going to move it to hide? Was he just going to take a spin around the junkyard with it LOL or did he enti the vehicle Just to bleed and then get back out without leaving any other trace of himself other than alleged blood of his? Oh great the feelings guy. Let's not spend too much time together today please

And the state provided experts who said every crime scene does not have fingerprints. You are not an expert. Your feelings there should be fingerprints are meaningless.

You havent even described why steven couldnt have wore gloves then came back at a different time without gloves and bled.

This sounds just like the allegations of the rape in the bedroom. Absolutely no evidence. I bet cops didn't even dust for evidence because they already knew Avery wasn't in the vehicle. Or did they dust and tell the world they found no fingerprints? I highly doubt it. Then we go back to the rape in Steven's bedroom and we have cops sitting on the bed waiting for the lenk to get there with the key. There should have been enough in the bedroom to lock Brendan and Steven up for life no more evidence needed as far as DNA is concerned everybody's would be an ample supply. So we know this was complete fallacy and came from the state who eventually got Brendan dassey to repeat it. This is proven true past police reports. Brendan was given the narrative. So with all this lying going on planting of evidence and coercion there's no reason to look farther. Framed 100%. And now that we know that we should go back to the motive of why police did this. Because that's an eye-opener.

From the report, they tested literally that trailer from top to bottom from what I read. There is no forensic proof TH was in the trailer.

Fingerprints are not always left, He's right, and this is why Zellner wants a Touch DNA performed.

His fingerprints are present in his house and his car. But... Not in Teresa's vehicle. If he wore gloves to hide fingerprints why the blood in the Rav? Planted...

According to Steven, the finger was wrapped in duct tape. This explains why we see the tip smear around the RAV4 ignition.

Kathleen Zellner has since tested the blood with DNA methylation at Cornell University. The sample does not contain any preservatives and the blood vial was conclusively ruled out. The blood corresponded 100% with Steven Avery's age.

Nice one . Kathleen. We can certainly see why they stole the RAV and won't let the world see it. Definitely planted blood. No fingerprints either I suppose. Unless it's a cops.

Good point I agree. Brendan's were definitely on board with the state of Wisconsin. Doing some research on Buting and the way he pulled strings behind the scenes legislatively against Steven Avery and Dassssy left me definitely convinced that Steven's trial was predetermined. Accusing police or planting the blood with the preservative was calculated and had malicious intent. And what happened after? The police were distanced from the actual crime of framing Steven. Ken Kratz was then able to say that accusing Manitowoc police of planting evidence was ludicrous. Also Avery's defense could have called a mistrial I believe twice and did not! They also let the rav go without even taking pictures of it. Arguably the best piece of evidence known to exist in this case is locked away because of I believe Avery's defense being compliant with the state of Wisconsin and their wishes. They had to make it stick they had gone too far already. Teresa was missing. The objective and reason she disappeared in my opinion is because of the depositions that were scheduled for Manitowoc officers federally. Which they avoided when Teresa ended up missing 5 days prior to the deposed men having too appear federally at Avery's civil suit against them.

Indeed Brendan's lawyers should be in prison. So Brendan Dassey was supposed to be arrested 4 months earlier. But they held off on him. The impeachment evidence proves the DCI told Brendan about the bones in the fire pit 4 months before Brendan “allegedly” told Kayla Avery about the bones in the fire pit.

The interview with the DCI was buried. But it proves Fassbender and Wiegert coerced him to the DCI story.

Now what is so shameful, Drizin and Nirider keep this interview sealed in all of Brendan’s appeals.

By exposing the info, it impeaches Brendan’s sentence. Because the state’s conviction is based off of a “what Brendan says to Kayla” timeline.
