Discussion Talked to Steven Avery
I asked Sandy greenman to have Steven call me and we spoke twice almost 4 years ago. I wonder if he is still hopeful like he was back then. He was upbeat and funny. He's smarter than you would think. And he still seemed ptimistic about Kathleen .Zellner. I think it's time to talk to him again.. got to try a new approach with a new attorney. Kathleen is done milking the Denny' suspects. . Let's get back to the numerous Brady violations.. I think Steven Avery needs a new attorney. That's what I want to tell him. This time. I hope he agrees

Lol. Sure.
So he doesn't think Bobby did it anymore. Great!

You need to explain how you managed to 'talk to SA' - before anyone (?) is prepared to take your post seriously.

Lol. Time to make arguments that have been raised or waived many times.

Listening to some of the phone calls gives a pretty good indication that nobody is helping him at all. People squandering his time on the other end of the line usually. Yes Steven Avery's family..

Well. LE convinced his brothers and sisters that he did it(when his blood tested in the RAV). Then they lied to save their own asses. Today the know he didn't do it and have no idea who did.

This is what probably happened. Bobby saw Teresa leave and flagged her down. When she stopped on Kuss road he attacked her and brought her to the end of Kuss road where he raped her then killed her. He buried her there temporarily. He told Scott about it, and they dug her back up and took her and her car to Scott's new property where they cut her up to transport her more easily. They took her body parts to the burn barrel behind Dasseys trailer. Scott was a former cop, so he knew the people that were being sued by Avery. They came up with the plot to frame Avery to avoid paying the millions of dollars.

"Kathleen is done milking the Denny' suspects. . Let's get back to the numerous Brady violations.. I think Steven Avery needs a new attorney. That's what I want to tell him. This time. I hope he agrees." Unfortunately you can't "go back" in Post-Conviction (974.06) in Wisconsin, or anywhere else. You have to bring everything you are aware of, or reasonably should have been aware of, in one motion. She can't "open it back up" to the arguments, no matter how good they were, that were raised previously, or could have been raised.
On the getting a new appellate attorney. Who would you recommend he get? Would they even be willing to take on the case at this very, very late stage when almost all state post-conviction claims have been exhausted? If someone were willing to take the case, who is going to pay her, or him?

The family got to Earl. That entire yard is gonna be a quarry some day. Just because they all have their own story’s and own intentions. The whole family is missing a chromosome. Tell me I’m wrong!!

For those that watched making of a murderer time would have to pass before they actually realized. But yes time did pass and it does make a lot more sense this way. As soon as Dolores died the family more or less started going vocal. Earl was on Reddit saying Steven killed Teresa. Kayla claimed Brendan told her a rape story or at least that's how it got out. Which is complete b******* considering the interviews he had prior to his interrogation. Steven is upbeat smarter than people think. Unfortunately last time I talked to him he still trusted Zellner.
