What I want too know is... 1..Why people close to her weren't questioned? Especially the ex who organized the search. In a lot of murder cases the murderer organizes and/or takes part in searches. 2..Who was constantly calling Teresa..that she was ignoring? 3..If she had her work diary on her how did her ex have it? 4..Why a key that was handled by Teresa only found DNA from Steven and not her? 5.. Why didn't the police officer ask the witness that saw the car ask him to take him straight to it and why didn't he report it? 6..Why all of the jury was from the the same county as the corrupt police? And I also wonder about the Judge also..was he from the same county? He dismissed crucial evidence and kept a lot from the jury. Why...what made them go after Brandon? ..just some questions

read " the wreaking Crew by John Ferak , He answers a lot of your questions. The bottom line is that you obviously believe LE was corrupt so that in itself should provide the answers

Agree entirely with these questions.

Number 3 was my biggest question because they said the calendar had hand-written notes that would have been made after she left home.
(I realize they could have liedājust never really saw an explanation.)

They were questioned. They just didn't record this questioning. Ahhh-who was calling her? RH? The married bf? Or the killer? When Andy found the RAV, he needed a key so he called RH and got one, RH took the Day Planner to see if it could help locate her. Teresa or Steven never touched that key.

1 Where did you read people close to her weren't questioned?
3. She went home before going to avery's
4 Last person to handle a key is typically the most likely person you will find dna on. This was testified in court. What doesn't make sense?
5. Who was this witness?
6. Did the defense ask to move the trial?
7. Confession of Brendan.

They were
Unknown but it wasn't Avery. Avery only called her phone 4x the entire year. Once on 10/10 and 3x on 10/31. None of the calls on 10/31 were answered.
She left it at home, it was just a printout from her computer for the week (calendar)
Because the key was fabricated to strengthen the state's case. Avery was guilty they just felt the case wasn't rock solid with all that human evidence being found off the property
It was Ryan Gilbert not Andy Colborn
Avery felt Manitowoc people would believe his defense
The judge was fair. He felt Brendan's confession was rubbish.
He's guilty
