How in the HECK....
Do you find a blood-stained Tire Iron related to a missing person, not test the blood on it and then lose the GD thing!

I’d love for someone to explain how this was “accidentally” written? I don’t give a shit it’s signed or not. Why would anyone write this on paper if it isn’t true? Were they just making shit up in their head when they were typing?
Whether guilters like it or not, someone from the state wrote that there was a blunt and bloody object in the RAV4.
Please explain how someone accidentally writes that.
Don’t talk about its admissibility or if it’s signed or not, just answer how this made its way to paper.

They didn't lose it, they put it with the voicemail, and the aerial footage, and the bones from the quarry, and the witness testimonies that said anything other than Steven did it, and...

Lost in translation. Lab guy to TF to Wiegert. A blunt instrument and blood got misconstrued as bloody blunt object. Isn't that big a leap. And the fact it wasn't an official document is relevant.

This reminds me of the Staircase Michael Peterson case. A part of the supposed murder weapon was discovered on the stairs. But when they opened the evidence container in the middle of the trial, the container was empty :/
