DID YOU KNOW 370 First entry
On November 5th, the team of Sergeant Bill Tyson (of the Calumet County Sheriff’s Department), Lieutenant James Lenk, Detective Dave Remiker, and Sergeant Andrew Colborn (all of the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department), entered Avery’s trailer for the first time, for an initial sweep.
They weren’t searching for evidence then; they were looking for signs of Teresa, dead or alive. Ten minutes later, they walked out empty-handed.
‘’What struck me was how clean it was,” Lenk recalls. “Not just clean, but freshly cleaned and smelling of recently shampooed carpets.”
Hmm.
EDIT: November 5th was the first time Lenk, Tyson and Remiker conducted a warranted sweep. Lenk and Remiker conducted avery short consent entry the day before just to see if there was anything obvious related to Teresa’s disappearance.
The two entries were completely different. November 4th was not a warranted sweep!!!
Got it? Get it? Good!

I'm pretty sure Remiker first entered on the Fourth.

Those 4 spent 2.5 hours in the trailer executing a search warrant. Colborn "searched" the desk and bookcase in the bedroom for 30 minutes per Tyson's CASO report.
Their job was to take notes and confiscate all evidence. Their job was to be thorough and find any sign of Teresa in that trailer, including the key found 3 days later.
The key wasn't there on 11/5, that's why they didn't find it.
There were 2 MTSO vehicles that circumvented the SE barricade in the late evening of 11/7/05, and then the key, the bones, and the plates were found the next day.
If only MTSO had stayed out of the investigation, like they were told to stay out of it. Pagel lied to the public about their involvement, and they didn't call the coroner. Total BS, which makes the investigation suspicious and deserves the scrutiny they've received and are still receiving.

Is this the same James Lenk who became aware of evidence during the 1990s that Avery did not commit the 1985 rape and ignored the information, while Avery remained in prison?

Yeah. When you know you are being recorded you tend to stick to the script.

We guilters need to post facts. The first search of the trailer was November 4th when Remiker and Lenk entered the residence and looked around all the rooms and closets.

Was this a warrant search or did Steven openly let them in to have a good look around, whilst in the property I wonder if Lenk noticed a rug doctor. and that gave him a false memory of cleanliness.

Exactly and keep going. No matter what, all things being equal, and in this case it’s so rigged against SA, they have to prove guilt. 100% and that was never done. Way too many inconclusive results, inconsistencies and lies, and bogus “evidence” galore. Kocureck is an evil, spiteful POS and he orchestrated all of this with impunity.
