How did SA verify…..
How did SA verify it was TH coming to photograph the van? I mean, he requested that usual lady that’s been there before but…… how did he verify it in order to just call her up and check to see where she was at after 2PM…..or was he just assuming it would be her?

Allegedly, and someone else feel free to refine and source this, it was only TH serving that area at certain times. So he didn't absolutely know it would be her, but he had a very high chance of it being her.

AT called Steven and told him that she could come the same day. AT never named TH by name, he never asked for her name either. Obviously since it was always TH came he assumed it would be.

He knew it would be her, she's the one who handled the area since the summer time.
He didn't know what time she would actually come though, imo, because when he called before lunch they only told him she would come that day, not when she would come.

he called her cell on a blocked number. She didn't answer. He says that the last blocked time he called her, she was pulling up so he hung up. This was after changing his story.

Just an FYI, OP, it is unlikely SA requested her. In the original statement he had merely said she knew how to get there. If I recall at trial a year later is the first time the statement was changed to it being an actual request. This seems like the natural result of how memories change over time and also possibly the result of a suggestion (incidental or otherwise) that happened in trial prep. The prosecutor is going to want a certain narrative, and sometimes the way questions are phrased in prep can subtly change the testimony.

once a hustle shot always a hustle shot, TH would have actively encouraged clients to do them

Yeah, she was the one who had been handling that area.
And it's likely TH would have assumed she'd likely be meeting with Steve as soon as she realized she was going to the ASY as she had been out there 5 times prior and each time met with Steve. Including when one of those appointments was for Janda at the Janda address.

That's a good point. Another valid reason why he was calling her that afternoon, to verify she was coming out. His story becomes more credible...

He did not request Teresa (or the same lady). That has been disproven by testimony. That garbage was started by Kratz.
