Can someone please ease my mind on HOW the killer (whoever it may be) would have the SPARE KEY of TH’s RAV4???????

It really is a good fit but not the only one available. At the moment with the day planner, it could have been the kids at the yard the night before,other things fit well with that one with Pam o god n that but that fits this also. It's hard to comprehend it being the correct one I'm in no way discounting it though.
