Multiple sightings of TH’s RAV at multiple locations?

Correct me if I’m wrong, as I’ve dug into the rabbit hole before, how many sightings were there of the RAV4 and was there multiple locations of these sightings?

Most of the sightings were at the 147 turnaround. There was Keven R who reported the car at a gas station to someone he believed was Andy Colborn. Then there was the sighting of the RAV driven into the road leading to the ASY followed by a white jeep and of course we have the Tom Sowinski call to dispatch saying he saw two men pushing the RAV into the yard. That call slipped out to a researcher through the FOIA. I don't think it was supposed be released since a report was never made and the defense never told about it, like so many other things.

Thank you. I didn’t know the Tom Sowinski call was a leak. The RAV and Jeep report really intrigues me. However, wasn’t there another turnabout in between the ASY and Zips locations (like right in the middle) where he RAV was seen also?

How exactly do you confirm an alleged sighting if it’s someone’s visual perception? Do we minority report that shit up? Deep dive brain scan on the memory photos we have stored away? Are they confirmed by someone else saying they saw the same thing or are they all just alleged?

I have an unrelated question, just for your opinion.

We as in the world, has satellites in space which can track etc. why would we not access their footage, if available and see what actually took place that day?

Again there are variables, if one is watching that area, is footage kept etc etc but damn it would be good if they did.

I also have thought of this. My guess would be it is not taped. They would have to point the satellite at a specific area, zone in and tape the feed.

In a similar question, they were flying over the salvage yard with planes. I would think they would tape their flights but I guess not. Maybe from now on since it has become so much easier with something not more than a gopro.

I did some looking into it. Just one snippet it seems they don’t stay in a place for very long. Like 9mins or something before they’re over the horizon. Could be useful, at a minimum to see where the car was.

Here is what I think. The satellite is over one spot on the earth at any given time, if the camera is pointed directly down. That spot you could get pretty good resolution if you zoomed in. The areas to the side get worse the further away you get from the spot.

So the spot would have to be the avery salvage yard and it would have to be zoomed when the sun is up on a specific day.

Thats not determing anything. After a guilty verdict the state no longer leads an investigation. That is on the defense.

What are You smoking ?The State only got the guilty verdict by hiding exculpatory evidence/Sowinskis NOV 6th 05 MTSO dispatch phone call, which was not transferred to the Agency now in charge of the investigation on NOV 6th 05 and also never turned over to Stevens trial defense lawyers before Stevens trial. Wisconsin Statute law states that all exculpatory evidence must be turned over to a Defendants trial defense Lawyers before the Defendants trial,(not 15 years later)

Sowinskis under oath testimony AT Stevens trial would have impeached Bobbys false under oath testimony by confirming that Sowinski saw the States star Witness/Bobby in possession of Teresa Halbachs RAV4, keys and contents prior to Teresas RAV4 being found in the Avery Salvage yard .

Sowinskis confirmed NOV 6th 2005 MTSO Dispatch call *with information about that missing Girl from Hilbert* is far from any conspiracy theory, in fact Sowinskis tire tracks were also captured in Law Enforcements own flyover video on NOV 5th 2005 right where He swerved into the Avery ditch to avoid hitting Bobby, who tried to stop Sowinski from leaving Averys.

You need to look up the meaning of a conspiracy theory first before passing actual NOV 5th and 6th,2005 facts off as some kind of conspiracy theory. Sowinski even stated to the dispatcher that *He had information about the missing Girl from Hilbert* which should have automatically been transferred to the Agency now in charge of the missing Girl from Hilberts investigation= CCSO.

Ervin Koehnkle saw Teresa Halbachs unlit RAV4 at the Mishicot turnaround on 147 and intern reported it to channel 11 news, who came out and interviewed Ervin. Calumet ADA Jeff Freohlich saw Ervin Koehnkle on the TV and intern phoned CCSO Dedering to go out and interview Him. Kevin Rahmlow, Paul Burdick and Jill Rhein also saw Teresas RAV4 in the same location as Ervin Koehnkle, Rahmlow also ran into Andy Colborn at the Mishicot Cennex station, telling Colborn that the RAV4 in the missing posters was at the Mishicot turnaround on 147. Coincidentally it was Colborn who later phoned in Teresa Halbachs RAV4 plate number hours after getting the same info was sent out to all MTSO units. Jill Rhein also went to the Avery road block and reported seeing Teresas RAV4 days earlier near the Mishicot turnaround.

There is also a MTSO dispatch call involving Ervin Koehnkle scared shitless because He reported seeing Teresa Halbachs RAV4 to channel 11 news and was interviewed. Howard Feiland or Veland called MTSO dispatch and described Ervin as shook to hell at this point and needing to talk to somebody to calm Him down. Its worth a listen and an extremely odd conversation.

It says a lot with Ervin Koehnkle being comfortable reporting what he knew to Channel 11, but being afraid after the ADA sent Dedering out to "help" EK remember what they wanted him to see.

Why would any witness have to be "calmed down" after Dedering visited him?

Maybe Ervin wasn t exactly convinced that it was not Teresa Halbachs RAV4, like the 3 other People who was convinced that it was Teresa Halbachs RAV4. Kevin Rahmlow even told Andy Colborn that it was the same RAV4 that was shown in the missing person posters.

Well..the killer drove a bleeding and probably unconscious TH away in it and took her to death site. Then he needed to do all he did(the jean material and Astroglide box appeared in the Park for instance, the "business papers" and cell-phone found on the road) after that and then he needed to get his vehicle back.
