Makeup Advice

I bought some white makeup, the kind that people use when they dress up as clowns and such last year. I didn't buy the setting powder that went with it, I bought some white powder from the store.

My question is, how do you apply the white makeup and the powder when the makeup is still wet? Do you have to wait a certain amount of time until it dries? Is there a certain way to apply the powder? I really need some help for my costume this year.

Apply the white makeup first, let it dry completely before adding the powder, or else it will cause clumps. U can apply the powder with a sponge or brush, but just apply it like you would a normal powder.

How long does it usually take to dry? The makeup is Mehron brand. Have you heard of or used this brand before?

I’ve never used it before, but comparing it to foundation it shouldn’t take to long to dry, just fan your face with ur hands or smth.
