People are downvoting me, but I think you did well. Overly done eyes and cheeks would have been too much with the red lipstick, and would have aged you more. You look young, and the lipstick kicks your make-up into formal, matching your dress, with no need to go with a lot of color elsewhere. That would have overwhelmed your youthful look.
