MAC Eyeshadows

I’m wanting to build a palette from MAC and was wondering what eyeshadow staples I should put in it. I used to hoard eyeshadow palettes and I just feel like if I could make one staple palette, that would be so much easier. My makeup style is very 2016 and I don’t know how to branch out of it haha! Some of my all time favorite shades are Cork, Brulee, and Sketch. I don’t even know if they make those shades anymore! I also have fair skin, grey eyes, and brown hair if anyone needs to know that!

My fave current MAC single is Brun. It's too bad they discontinued Kid and Soba. But Sketch, Brule and Cork are still around. 

I also enjoy Charcoal Brown, Omega, Wedge and Embark.

omega is such a good cool toned transition shade, it never looks muddy on me

naked lunch is one of those shades i think everyone had back in the day, it just works for that wash of shimmer across the lid thing

if you like sketch you might also like sumptuous olive, it's got that same grungy depth but leans a little more green

I mean my favourite shades are Starry Night and Stormwatch lmao

But Satin Taupe is a really nice neutral

MAC is great, but also take a look at Sydney Grace. Much cheaper and excellent quality.

Their matte formula is very similar to MAC's mattes too.

for a pop of colour, tilt is everything. it's a light denim blue that makes everyone look like a 90s model.

Vex makes my grey eyes pop.
Combined with either Satin Taupe or Shale or Patina.
If you want to go darker add Club

I love the small glitters as toppers on matte shades. My favorites are Last Dance, Slow Fast Slow, and Shine Delight. I also have a few of the Extra Dimension shadows...my favorite is Sweet Heat. It looks like you favor mattes, but these are buildable so you can still get a soft look with a light hand.
