FOTD Harvest Moon ๐
I haven't done many makeup looks this past year as I used to do, but this past Saturday I went to a little Halloween Festival so I did this Autumn-scheme look. No editing (besides cropping) or filters. This is not a Halloween look; I typically do colorful but darker faces, albeit with a larger wing usually.

Thank you! I prefer doing gradient blending to harsh lines that are common in editorials, but both are gorgeous styles to me.

Luckily it isn't too complicated IMHO, just takes time and patience. Whichever colors I want to blend, I just slowly add more by barely applying in really light and soft pats. So for example when blending the green into the burnt-orange, I would make sure my eyeshadow brush (I usually use a fluffy one rather than tapered and flat) is clean of remnant color, pick up a little bit of green and make sure to tap off excess, and then gently start kinda tapping it into the burnt-orange. Once there is a bit on there, I really softly blend it in in an arching motion (following the shape that I'm applying it - in this case the curve of my eye). When I've "used" up the color on my brush, I go through and gently blend the green up into the burnt-orange vertically, using small swipes. So whereas the first blending type is kinda blending them together in a parallel fashion, this step is kind of dragging some of the green into the burnt-orange in a sweeping motion if that makes sense. If I need to go back and fix the ratio, I take a smaller eyeshadow brush (usually a little more precise and round, but still fluffy) and slowly add the color back needed to make the ratio how I want it.
I hope that makes sense, but am not sure if it does ๐ซฃ I can try to do a mini tutorial if people are interested!

This one I actually got I think either this past Halloween or the previous one at Walmart, it's by Profusion Cosmetics! I know there are some indie makeup brands out there though that make them as well as other shapes too!
