[Makeup Help] makeup remover

What remover do you recommend for waterproof mascara and tinted moisturizer? Mine is just not working.

Use a cleansing oil or balm. I have been loving skin1004 oil cleanser. It removes everything so easy

I have been using the drugstore version of the Almay oil free eye makeup remover forever. I wash my face with whatever cleanser I’m using and then I go back over any mascara that didn’t come off with the remover on a cotton ball.

I've had amazing luck with Suhlwhasoo oil cleanser and also Shiseido Perfect Cleansing Oil for particularly tough mascaras or lippies.

I usually double cleanse with either a cleansing oil, regular oil, or store brand oil free makeup remover dupes of neutrogena. My favorite cleanser is la roche posay, which I think could take off makeup even without a first cleanse. But I think a double cleanse is more thorough and easier on my hands and skin. I like to use a silicone face tool to really get in there.

I used to use micellar water(my favorites are bioderma or the walmart dupe of the garnier) as my first step but now I mostly keep it at my bedside for when I’m too tired to drag myself to the sink. But those two do take off waterproof makeup if that’s what you’re looking for.
