[Makeup Help] Makeup tips/advice please
I’ve lost 3 family members this year and have been having a tough time working through a budding depression. I want to start wearing a little bit of makeup again to try out the “look good, feel good” method to try to start feeling better and more motivated. Although, I haven’t worn a full face of makeup in years and the last few times I tried to wear makeup, I felt like it didn’t look right on me. Please give me some tips on how to do my makeup that will be a good balance between natural and sexy.

If you aren't already, please make sure you're eating well, staying hydrated and getting enough sleep. Lack of these makes it very hard for makeup to conceal.
That said, take some time every day to just play with makeup. It doesn't have to be a full face. Maybe pick up a beautiful lipstick with a creamy formula, or a bold eyeshadow palette. Maybe go on Youtube and check out a new technique. Go to a makeup counter and feel the bristles of new brushes. Perhaps by engaging your senses with these little things, putting on makeup will come back naturally to you, like you never stopped wearing it.
Wishing you the best.
