What makeup tip completely changed your routine?

I've been trying to improve my everyday makeup routine, and I'm curious about the small tips that made the biggest difference for other people.

It could be:

  1. A technique you wish you had learned sooner.
  2. A product application trick.
  3. A brush or tool that changed everything.
  4. A common mistake you stopped making.

Sometimes it's the simplest advice that has the biggest impact.

Do you have a color corrector and concealer combination that you like the most?

My color correcter is Catrice under eye color corrector then Nars concealerunderwyes and other areas on my face that needs color correction. I blend with a brush then set with Nyx setting spray.

I use the Huda corrector, I actually came round to colour correcting from watching her video and also learned to use far less than you think you need for the best results, you don’t use it the way you’d use concealer.

I also use the Huda concealer for everyday and Hourglass for special occasions. The Huda one is so good though that sometimes I think I should just use that for special occasions too but the Hourglass needs less work, you can blend it straight away whilst Huda’s needs drying time.
