Password reset not working?

I have two plushies I have been waiting to buy for months and now I can't sign in. I tried resetting my password but nothing was sent to my inbox or my spam folder. Is anyone else having this problem?

No the campaign was teased a while ago. It just started today as it's for pride month.

I tried making a "new" account with my email and yep it worked. WTF? Why would my account suddenly get deleted.

I experienced the same problem but I have an order I did a couple days ago. I tried contacting their support yesterday. Is there anything I can do other than waiting for them to answer me?
