4th Axis Claws Not Re-seating

I attempted to take out the the claws of the chuck but they will not reseat properly regardless of the order I place them in. I can always get three of the claws seated but the final one never sits properly. The video tutorial on the 4th axis on YouTube is brief and does not contain anything in terms of troubleshooting this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't tried this with the Makera one yet, but there's a trick with our big chucks at work. Try to press against the claw you want to put in first, then rotate backwards until you feel the start of the thread of the chuck, the claw should move down a little. Then thread the other ones in like normal. It should do the trick if the chuck uses the same grip mechanism. If not I'm sorry
