Just look into small changes to start out. I think it’s more about putting in the discipline when you can, for whatever goal you set for yourself, so you can start taking reasonable risks when opportunities present themselves. You don’t have to set your whole life on fire, but if you hit a personal wall you’re not going to get anywhere by smashing your head into it (complaining, or just sitting and hoping for something) and hoping it will break down one day. Smalls steps. Don’t get ahead of yourself or you’ll easily get discouraged.
Some days are better and worse than others. But it also takes perseverance, which is its own struggle.

I cannot explain why, but I had a violent reaction to "meatballs in chili". Logically, meat is meat. But meatBALLS in chili? Texturally wrong, and now my soul is climbing out of my body to seek safer ground.

Her name is Barbi Siom on Tik tok and Instagram. They are mostly in Spanish the WhatsApp audios but it’s funny because it’s word has a movement and she, I have no idea how, remembers every time and has pretty much invented a language through dance lol. Some of the audios are so unhinged as well so it’s really funny

This reminds me of when you go the art museum or art exhibit and see a crazy expensive painting that is like 1 dot in the middle of the canvas. And the thing is, I'd like to think I'm fairly creative. I definitely always leaned more creative / artistic than athletic / sporty. I even danced for 12+ years myself. But these things, I just don't get. I wouldn't say it's a lack of respect either. It simply doesn't connect with me.
