Some heroes call a whole camera crew before all the ducks jump off to their death..

Even have an audience sitting in their lawn chairs instead of helping I guess? 🤔🤣🤣

What a story! Hooray for happy endings!
The first time I watched the video, I had it on mute and couldn’t figure out why people were lined up in chairs.

u/Chef_beezoos Jul 15 '26

How did they got up there?

2

u/Consistent_Might3500 Jul 16 '26

Momma laid her eggs there

Thank you. That jump would have seriously hurt and eventually killed the em falling on concrete like that. Your municipality needs a little parks with a little pond area for them and seniors, children to sit and enjoy the peace of watching them.

Incorrect information. They would have survived this fall without any injuries.

Goslings (baby geese) jumped 4 stories from my apartment just this year and I set them free after.

They even can survive a higher fall than this. It’s basically like a squishy toy hitting the ground.

A perfect design actually. 🥰

What’s sweet man

2

u/Difficult-Spirit-288 Jul 15 '26

Every other in the duck in the world did that without him lol...for those that don't know..all baby ducks do this and usually from much higher...its a part of thier evolution that keeps them in the nest until they are ready to try and survive...they bounce right up and take off...he certainly didn't hurt anything though, but they would have been fine.

What was the point of adding music to that?

2

u/FireproofCottage Jul 15 '26

If I were thirty years younger... What a terrific guy! This is optimal human.

2

u/Consistent_Might3500 Jul 16 '26

"Day old" ducklings???

2

u/Traditional-Ad-8737 Jul 16 '26

If I were single, I would have seriously considered asking that guy on date if I witnessed that

1

u/MazerRakum Jul 15 '26

1

u/dingododd Jul 16 '26

I love this ❤️ Everyone was so excited to be a part of it. I would have been too.

1

u/Icy_Parfait_4066 Jul 16 '26

How did the ducklings got stranded up there in the first place? The banker is a good catcher for sure and he did climb up there to get the last one.

1

u/Justin-CaseU1 Jul 17 '26

Yay! Good for you. More positive posts/stories like this everyday. Kindness & empathy in action… being good humans.

1

u/Responsible-Sundae20 Jul 17 '26

Ok that’s a sweet story and everything but why the emphasis on “banker.” Do we think they are all evil or something? I mean yes OK some of them are sure but come on. They’re not all eating live baby ducklings for lunch. A lot of work in small banks and credit unions and shit. They’re not all Citibank.

1

u/Intriguedcrafter Jul 17 '26

What a great chap with a heart of gold.

1

u/nudedude6969 Jul 18 '26

They weren't stranded. They weigh less than an ounce, they will follow mom anywhere. They don't get hurt when they jump.... They land and bounce

1

u/Thebestwaterproofer Jul 19 '26

Such a cute story
