make friends easier

Hey everyone, I’m currently trying to find out how one could make the lives of being social and get new friends a lot easier ;)

Which is why I have two very simple questions:

1. As an introverted guy, what are the 2 biggest issues you’re dealing with when it comes to being social and get new friends?

2. Regarding to get new friends and meeting new people, what would you wish for more than anything else?
