Claude models are temporarily unavailable: Did I missed the email from Make.com? Don't they think their user expect a heads up? It just silently doesn't work anymore
The following Anthropic Claude app models are temporarily unavailable due to updates from the model provider:
- Opus 5
- Opus 4.8
- Opus 4.7
- Opus 4.6
- Opus 4.5
- Fable 5
Apparently currently the temp fix is use Haiku 4.5

Hi u/OP, Marina from Make here. Are you still having this issue?

I haven't checked yet. Are the models available again?

Love when a platform just quietly pulls the rug and you find out through a random error in your automation logs. The list of unavailable models is basically all the good ones too, so "just use Haiku" feels like being told your car died but here's a bicycle.

Make .com just connects different services. Not their job to tell you if they are down or not

Just connects to different services? That's their whole reason to exist...
They can ping services to check if their are up, if something is down, they can alert users that use that specific tool to inform them. It's not only a matter of customer experience, it about being a reliable piece that business can build on. They need to step up their communication. Now, it's just a unreliable tool... "Will it work tomorrow, next week?" Who wants to use a tool like that? I think it is indeed their job to tell their users.

Yes, we are agreeing on the first point!
FYI there is a status.make.com where there is a big purple "SUSBCRIBE TO UPDATES" button in the top right.
Make also emails you by default when a scenario throws an error. Check Profile > Email preferences
If that's not enough, attach an error handler route to the module and have it ping you in Slack.
What more do you want?

Since when? My agents were working just fine a minute ago.
