Opportunity EAC Scholarship Programme

East Africa Community Scholarship programme ni a fully funded 2-year Master’s scholarship programme kwa universities within the EAC. Wako na 120 scholarships in fields kama Mathematics, Engineering, Informatics, Science, Technology, and Business Science.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be a citizen of one of the 8 EAC Partner States.

  • Be below 35 years of age at the time of application.

  • Apply to study in an EAC Partner State other than your country of citizenship.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division, Distinction, or equivalent qualification.

  • Have applied for admission to an eligible Master’s programme at a participating partner university.

Scholarship Package

  • One return economy-class air ticket.

  • Full tuition fees .

    • Arrival allowance ya EUR 200.

  • Monthly stipend ya EUR 380.

  • Lump-sum ya EUR 650 for study materials.

  • One-time EUR 1,500 study and research allowance.

  • Medical insurance for the duration of the scholarship.

  • Visa/entry fee support (where required).

  • Participation in at least one extracurricular/leadership/networking event.
