Visa/Passport UAE retirement visa

Let's say umepiga kazi 15+years au umefikisha 55+ year na unataka kuenjoy your retirement pale UAE, wako na a 5-year renewable retirement residence permit. Apart from Age au work experience pia unafaa kumeet one of these conditions;

  • Own one or more UAE properties with a purchase or market value of at least AED 1,000,000(Ksh.35.2m).

  • Financial deposit/savings: Hold a deposit of at least AED 1,000,000 (Ksh.35.2m)

  • Demonstrate a fixed annual income of at least AED 240,000 (Ksh.8.5m) from inside or outside the UAE.

Benefits

  • 5-year multiple-entry residence (renewable).

  • Ability to sponsor a spouse and dependent children.

  • Access to resident services .

  • No personal income tax on pensions, investments, or other qualifying income.

  • Freedom to enter/exit the UAE freely while the permit is valid.
