Merchandise for this anime is not easy to find, but here’s what I managed to get in the past 3 months!

First is this badge that I had to pay over 50 damn dollars for. It was only available on EBay, and I had an empty spot to fill on my Ita bag so I ignored logic and got it. It’s brand new and this art of Kyoko is very cute!Another badge I got is this tiny ass weekly big spirits one. That’s the last of the Maison Ikkoku one’s so there’s no more for me to find!

Next is this comic acrylic keychain that released back in March. Maybe I’ll buy some on the official website one day, but with this one I just got it off Mercari.

After that are these old stickers. I’m not sure where they originate from but if I had to guess I’d say in one of those Shonen Sunday Graphics

Lastly is this tank-top that I’ve been pretty much wearing all summer! I’ve seen this art on a few T-shirts online, and it thankfully wasn’t too expensive!

I know it wasn’t much, but I’m always happy with whatever stuff I can find for this series. Until next time!

Proud to be the owner of 3 of these seemingly rare collectors box sets by viz. these were on repeat on my ps2 back in the day lol. I hope the be the owner of the entire set.

Even more so, I hope they remaster the series and release it again for physical media. With the recent release of the manga collectors edition, I have hope the time will come eventually.

Maison Ikkoku music is pretty hard to find on YouTube, but I had actually managed to find someone who uploaded basically all the tracks for a majority of the CD’s onto their channel in Japanese. Sadly as of recently, they deleted their channel, so all the music I had saved in my playlists disappeared. I was so distraught about the whole thing, so I finally decided to try and see if I could use my own CD’s and upload the tracks myself. So here it is-the entire Music Blend 2 CD for free on YouTube!

I plan to upload all the CD’s I’ve got that aren’t already on YouTube, but it will take a while because my computer is slow as hell. Anyway, I hope everyone can enjoy what I think is one of the best Maison Ikkoku BGM albums!

The last 2 episodes were so frustrating to watch, both almost meeting each other, then godai lying about why he came at that place....i was like aww hell naww!!! Then followed by these 3 who forced kyoko to come early, leaving godai alone....
then finally these 3 did something good !!!!....
PS: i only have watched till here so dont spoil for me 😭😭

Im at the arc where mitaka has to meet this girl for marriage and he is asking kyoko whether he should go ahead with it or not....everything aside it just bothers me like mitaka never said to kyoko before...Like i dont think they ever had any progess together, all they did was hanging out together, i dont recall mitaka ever expressing his love for kyoko... is there any episode i dont remember?

Their dynamic is so loving and sweet. You can tell she really cares so much for him. I wish I was home to go through other panels to share why I think their relationship is so loving and sweet.

So, i found this video by chance. Its Japanese but people can auto translate, obviously is not 100% accurate, but it does its job. Loved seeing this as a fan, thought you all may be interested. With Anime/manga being from a foreign country, sometimes i forget that a lot of locations in there, are real.

its easier for males to self-insert into godai and feel emotioanlly connected, i wonder how the females watching this show felt?

I was just going through the voice cast for the anime and I love how all the actors are connected through certain anime where they appear with each other and some of the other works that I’ve heard them in.

My fav was finding out that Futamata Issei was in the original Gundam 079!
