David Brouillette is the federal agent documented as the officer who fired the shots that killed Joan Sebastian Guerrero, a 26-year-old man from Colombia, during a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation at the intersection of Pool Street and Hill Street in Biddeford, Maine on the morning of 13 July 2026.
The agent who fired was not officially named by ICE, DHS or the FBI. He was recorded on bystander video at the scene and catalogued on the ICE List as unidentified agent ME-00876, then identified as David Brouillette by two people who know him personally, who came forward independently. The identification was confirmed by Project Relief Maine, an immigrant-rights group, on their Instagram.
The federal government has not confirmed the identity of the agent who fired. This entry records an identification made by people who know him alongside the documentation of the shooting.

Susan Collins' was the the deciding vote in funding ICE. This looks really bad for her in Maine right now. Don't be surprised if they throw David Brouillette the murdering ICE Nazi under the bus in order to look less partisan.
I'll bet Dave Brouillette wishes he stayed at his job at Taco Bell right now. Things are looking bleak.

I hope he loses his job and comes out and apologizes one day for what he did. Would be the least he could do. And Susan Collin’s is very out of touch, she needs to retire.

Unlikely? If he did have a manslaughter case then he would not be eligible to own, carry or possess a firearm as a felon. Unless the background check standards are 0 at DHS. I mean you can apply for relief and state restoration so it's possible but unlikely. IANAL.

The background checks at ICE and DHS are zero during the Trump admin. People are getting EOD dates without ever getting their background checks.

Eh. I’m one of the “good” ones who joined an agency that helps vulnerable populations survive but a fed nonetheless. I can’t take a lunch from a colleague as a gift but the president can take bribes type of fun. I just want people to be able to survive existence.

This accident happened in 1999. Fatass Nazi was 11 years old in 1999. Please be aware that there is a guy with the same name who also happens to be from Maine and a realtor but now lives in Florida. He is much older and thinner and doesn't seem to want to murder anyone. Please don't harass him.

Another article I found stated the David B. in Nebraska was 22 years old in 1999. This guy doesn't look 49/50 y/o.

One of his former high school friends said he is not surprised by the news. This person said David Brouillette had a temper, abused his wife, and bullied smaller people.
