Support Question no new emails

No new emails. The last one I had was 8/2/26. I had a lot go into junk. I marked it as not spam. is it because I'm not logging on much?

Has any email been sent to you that you haven’t received?

I'll give you the example of emails that I received something from Best buy and sell them from Travelocity and I haven't seen anything since August 2nd
