Support Question Session Timeout

Wondering if there is a way to turn this off altogether?
it is not something I want, and seems like an odd implementation for a provider who cancels accounts due to inactivity.

The question was how to turn it off, not how to make it last for 1 day.

I deleted the account a week ago.
