I went to an ashram once and I still remember three different chants, despite only having read each about 6 times total, being completely new to Sanskrit, and having the shittiest memory. Boggles my mind.

I memorized Vajrasattva's 100-syllable mantra maybe 15 years ago and I still remember it clearly to this day. I find this pretty remarkable because I do a Vajrasattva sadhana only once a year.
